This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, beach access, and an outdoor swimming pool. The staff even helped print my boarding pass during my first stay. Great service and food make it special. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The live music at the Gabi club enhanced our evenings beautifully.

The cleaning service was inconsistent, with two days not serviced at all.

It’s not perfect, but It’s memorable

The spacious Garden Master Suite was a highlight with a huge terrace and a jacuzzi. The pools were quiet, and the beach shuttle was convenient. Dinner at the hibachi grill was a standout. Unfortunately, room maintenance needed attention, and dinner reservations were challenging. Yet, the stunning grounds and friendly staff made it worthwhile.

Had an awesome time with my friends! Enjoyed two places, the amazing pools and the kids club were highlights. The complimentary beach shuttle made getting to the surf and sand super easy. Remember to download the app before your stay for daily activities. Also, the food at the Reserve buffet was great thanks to wonderful staff, especially Henry and Gregori!

One downside was the flies at the buffet. they were pretty annoying.

The Garden Master Suite was enormous! Two bathrooms, a huge terrace with a jacuzzi, and a kitchen! Felt like a little apartment. The drinks and snacks were restocked daily, which was awesome for late-night cravings. The bed was comfy enough, but it wasn't like a luxury mattress. Not too far from the beach either, which was a plus. Just a little walk away. Great space for hanging out though, with 2 TVs to chill.

I had a fantastic time during my stay! The pools were absolutely stunning and provided the perfect place to relax. The highlight was the attentive staff, especially Leo, who ensured we were well taken care of throughout our visit. However, the variety of food options could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience.

my long weekend at zel surpassed all my previous stays in punta cana. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. our swim-up master suite was spacious, clean, and well-stocked, giving us the perfect retreat to unwind in style.

Great vibe & spacious suites!

The spacious master suite was perfect with its two jacuzzis and nice bathroom. The staff is super friendly—shoutout to our personal concierge who nailed our experience! The gourmet restaurants are nice but we did see some guys in shorts, which kinda cheapened the vibe. Overall, loved the stay!

The master suite was huge with a balcony, two bathrooms, a jacuzzi on the terrace, and constant minibar refills. Great breakfast with fresh omelettes and pastries. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool area had plenty of sun loungers and a nice spa with massage options. Private check-in was a nice touch too.
